Movement Strategies supported the development of the third edition of the Public Realm Design Guide, which includes a new, extended section on Pedestrian Movement.
The Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI)’s guide sets a new gold standard in Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) planning, including urban design principles and advice on the detailed design of typical streetscape elements.
The guide is endorsed by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), Department of Transport, The Mayor of London, Transport for London, National Counter Terrorism Security Office, Landscape Institute, British Property Federation and The Crown Estate.
