Simon Ancliffe, CEO of Movement Strategies met UK Prime Minister David Cameron, and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi at the UK’s National Day at Milan Expo 2015, 17th June. UK National Day celebrates the UK’s strengths and contributions to the Expo theme of ‘Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life’. The Prime Minister and UK Minister for Trade and Investment, Lord Maude of Horsham were there to meet with UK and internal businesses at the Expo.
Movement Strategies played a key part in the delivery of the UK Pavilion by providing crowd flow, capacity and operational advice. The advice we provided has led to the UK pavilion being one of the most efficient and easily navigated pavilions across the Expo. The 500,000th visitor was welcomed to the pavilion on the same day, putting it in the top five most visited pavilions.
